By Ashley Jones

For great family entertainment in Llandudno why not visit Cineworld Llandudno. Situated just a few minutes from Llandudno town centre and within easy reach of Conwy and Colwyn Bay Cineworld Llandudno is just short bus ride or car journey away. The cinema is located opposite Tesco in Llandudno Junction and is within walking distance of Llandudno Junction train station. If you're travelling by car then there are plenty of parking spaces around the cinema and restaurants.

Set in its own area Cineworld Llandudno boasts 8 high definition screens including a Deluxe screen with its own bar and individual seats. It is an ideal venue to catch the latest blockbusters as well as enjoy some family food. The venue is also home to Pizza Hut, KFC, and McDonalds so you're never short of things to eat either before or after the movie.

Built on the site of the old Llandudno Junction railway goods sheds if you have a look at the walls inside the cinema lobby you can see pictures showing the history of the site as it used to be. The closest train station is Llandudno Junction which is located opposite the cinema and within a few minutes walk. Unfortunately there is no connecting bridge between the railway and cinema which would cut the walking time considerably and negate the need to walk alongside the busy roads.

Cineworld Llandudno is open seven days a week except for Christmas and the first films usually start around 11am most days. There are special offers available on Saturday's with cheap family films available for younger children. Inside Cineworld Llandudno you'll find the usual popcorn and sweet stalls and there is also a video games room which is helpful if you need somewhere to spend a few minutes before the film.

There is a huge choice of films on show at Cineworld Llandudno from classic films to the latest blockbusters. The eight high definition screens enable the cinema to show a mixture of both new films and classic comedies. If you have younger children don't forget the Saturday morning specials showing family films at reduced prices for both adults and children.
