The Secret to Beyonce's Success

Beyonce is gigantic. She's a popular international star, regularly his the top of the charts with new discs, and has organized a solo career after her group's success that is the model of anyone trying to 'go solo'.


She's also terribly beautiful, and an icon of fashion. Until this point, she's shown herself greatly versatile in what she chooses carry when considering her outfits and hair--from classic 1960s cuts right to the trendiest in urban chic.

One Large Piece of it all is Simply Just Beyonce's Style

No secret has been made of her ability to change back and forth through various style movements--in fact, she released a double album that was cut into 2: her 'Sasha Fierce' side has a markedly changed personality from the normal 'B' the public is accustomed to.

It's rough to switch from one look to another entire its antithesis without really changing your hair. And observing all the last few personalities of Beyonce, from the afro-ed seventies star of 'Work it Out' to the buckets of styles she changed through in the musical 'Dreamgirls' to her up-to-date fascinations, you can be dumbfounded as to how she pulls off so many radically opposite haircuts.

It's An Open Secret That Beyonce Knowles Uses Wigs.

The reality is, there's no way a large amount of what you see is her actual hair. Not only can the short cut she has not get changed to the multitude of styles she often changes through, but no one's organic head can hold up against that number of heavy stylings without showing some heavy problems.

So what will a hugely popular singer to do? Put on lace wigs, for starters. But here's a real thing: the wigs don't look bad, nor are they overly discernible. It's due to the fact that there's no way she can move between all those styles, that Beyonce uses wigs. But we've observed: the wigs look incredible.

She is Simply Looking Backwards to a Great Tradition.

On top of that, Beyonce is really looking back to a solid tradition of celebrities wearing lace wigs. Granted, there have been a couple like Cher, who have forever been campy and connected to varying measures of over-the-top clothing, but there have been many predecessors of Beyonce--look at Patti LaBelle, for instance--who have turned wig-wearing into an acknowledged and vital part of the history of style.

Any Sort of Hangups That Once Existed Are Gone Away.

Lace wigs aren't much of an issue anymore. Any sort of shame that existed regarding wearing them has really just gone away. Ages ago, there was a sad association with wigs and illness, and obviously a great wig remains incredibly valuable for anyone dealing with the pains of chemo.

But lace wigs have evolved past this slight taboo, although they are still remaining in wide use for therapeutic reasons. With the always-connected spirit of today's style, any sort of 'look' is promptly attainable. The rapid dissemination of trends has also signified that pastiche or mixing-and-matching has become increasingly widespread. Wigs are essentially an extra tool that allow for the huge new versatility of styles
