Looking For A Great Movie? Check Out These Popular Movie Assessments

By Ezequiel Mullen

There was a time in the not so far-away history that the only way to see the best movies was to pack up the car and hit the theater or the drive in theater. Drive-in theaters seem to have become more or less wiped out even though there may still be a few dotted right through the United States. These days we have much improved options when it comes to getting the top movies.

High Crimes - Lawyer Claire Kubik has just been told that her spouse is not who she thinks he is. Tom Kubik is really Ron Chapman, and he is on trial in the military justice system for the murder of villagers in Latin America. Claire takes on the case but just what will she discover, as the facts are unraveled?

The All-American Boy - Messy drama in reference to Olympic hopeful Voight's effort to be a victorious boxer; beautiful locations of northern California, but that's all. Cast includes Jon Voight, Ned Glass, Anne Archer, and Carol Androsky. (104 minutes,'89)

The All-American Boy - Jumbled drama in reference to Olympic aspirant Voight's endeavor to be a triumphant boxer; eye-catching locations of northern California, but that is all. Cast includes Jon Voight, Ned Glass, Anne Archer, and Carol Androsky. (104 minutes,'89)

Dracula - Depressing retelling of the Bram Stoker classic, with Langella's esteemed Broadway portrayal lost among trendy terror gimmicks and ill-imagined modifications in the original tale. The movie was filmed in England. Cast includes Frank Langella, Laurence Olivier, Donald Pleasence, Kate Nelligan, Trevor Eve, Janine Duvitski, and Tony Haygarth. (109 minutes,'79)

Barnyard - Excited craziness set on a farm where, after sundown, the animals turn the barn into a noisy nightclub. James is Otis, a youthful cow who is very mature, much to the annoyance of his dad, Ben Elliott, who keeps watch for predatory coyotes when the others party. Dom Irrera stands out as Duke the Dog. Cast includes Courtney Cox, Sam Elliott, Danny Glover, Wanda Sykes, Andie MacDowell, David Koechner, and Laraine Newman. (90 minutes, 2006)

Downloading movies makes more sense than renting or buying movies and you can take advantage of this great technology today.
